It’s been years in the making, but today we are excited to announce that we have moved to a new website and content management system.
Most of you will likely be seeing it today or tomorrow as the changes propagate throughout the world’s web servers.
The new site won’t change how we report the news here, but it will speed things up and give us more flexibility in how we deliver the news to you. It will also help improve a bunch of backend functionality for us, which in turn will help us be more effective.
Please bear with us as the switchover occurs, starting Monday around 12:30 p.m.
There might be some hiccups along the way, but they will all be worth it. This change is going to include less reliance on Facebook, particularly with respect to readers being required to use it for commenting. We’ll be making an announcement about how reader comments will work in the coming days.
As always, thank you for reading and subscribing!
