A state Freedom of Information Commission hearing on complaints against Regional School District 10—scheduled for Dec. 3—has been postponed, a spokeswoman for the commission told The Cool Justice Report Friday.
School Superintendent Paula Schwartz, who completes her tenure in December, will be vacationing in Aruba. Attorneys working for the Region 10 Board of Education sought the postponement.
A new date for the hearing has not been set.
