One day before a critical vote in Hartford, an activist and a top doctor appeared together in New Haven to urge Connecticut to help lead the nation toward health care reform.
The appearance—by Jill Zorn of the Universal Health Care Foundation (UHCF) and of the Connecticut State Medical Society (CSMS) President William Handelman (pictured)—took place from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Fitkin Amphitheater.
