Ken Krayeske, the reporter and political activist, arrested while taking pictures at Gov. M. Jodi Rell’s inaugural parade in January threw caution to the wind and attended Saturday’s St. Patrick’s Day parade in Hartford. (The charges against Krayeske were dropped last week). He rode his bike rapidly up to the parade route, just like last time, but this time did not have his camera with him and guess who he bumped into.
