Tickets include plenty to eat and drink from select food trucks, two hours of open bar, and plenty of delicious sweets! Journey Home is a nonprofit that works collaboratively for sustainable solutions to homelessness in the Greater Hartford area. Founded in 2007, Journey Home has grown to become a strategic leader and valued partner for homeless service providers throughout the region.
