OP-ED | Connecticut Residents Say They Want More Affordable Housing; What Should Legislators Do?

Opinion writer Susan Bigelow highlights a new survey that found 86% of residents said making housing more affordable was either somewhat or very important, 78% said housing was either very or somewhat unaffordable, and, perhaps most importantly, 61% said the state should “step in” when “towns won’t act to make housing more affordable.”
