Chris Powell, of the state Council of Freedom of Information and the Journal Inquirer, emailed council members to share the FOI cartoon above from Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist Matt Davies. Powell said the Connecticut Post offered it for use by other news publications. Davies, who draws for Hearst, has more cartoons available at his blog.
