Most of the 151 House members and 36 Senators were sworn into today during a brief outdoor ceremony.
They were greeted by about 250 protesters, according to the Capitol Police, who complained about the election results, executive orders, and proposed legislation to eliminate the religious exemption for childhood vaccines.
