Gov. Ned Lamont will be joined by DECD Commissioner David Lehman for today’s briefing to discuss economic issues related to COVID-19.

The governor also announced today …

… an independent, third-party review of the preparation and response to the pandemic inside of Connecticut’s nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The governor said he wants the analysis completed before the start of autumn in order to prepare for a potential second wave of the virus.

The state has now recommended that people should get tested for COVID-19 regardless of their symptoms, or lack of symptoms.

Check 211 here for a list of testing locations.
