The Connecticut Republican Party nominated Margaret Streicker, of Milford, on Tuesday to run for the 3rd Congressional District seat this year against Democrat Rosa DeLauro.
Streicker was nominated by state Senate Minority Leader Len Fasano. There were no challengers during Tuesday’s convention, which was conducted by video conference.
