Republican Tom Gilmer Nominated In 2nd Congressional District

The Connecticut Republican Party nominated Tom Gilmer to challenge Democratic Congressman Joe Courtney in the state’s 2nd Congressional District.

Gilmer received 234 votes to Justin Anderson’s 50 during a convention conducted by video conference, where technical problems required some delegates to call in their votes by phone.
