UConn Football Campaign Continues

After a few weeks on the road, the UConn football returns home for an October 6 matchup against the Memphis Tigers. The Friday night game marks the first time the Huskies will play on the familiar turf of Rentschler Field since their season opener August 31, as their September 9 home game against the University of South Florida was canceled in the wake of Hurricane Irma.

The Huskies are back in action at home on Saturday, October 21 in what promises to be an exciting conference battle against Tulsa. Be sure to grab a seat and cheer them on!

Tracy Morgan and Jay Leno

Two of the most notable names in comedy bring the laughs on October 13, as Tracy Morgan hits the stage at the Ridgefield Playhouse and Jay Leno headlines Mortensen Hall at the Bushnell.

Since ending his tenure as the Tonight Show host in 2014, Leno has amped up his time on the road performing stand up, finding his way to Hartford among a cross-country trek this fall.

For over 25 years, Morgan has been one of the most accomplished comedians and actors in the business, making appearances in dozens of movies and TV shows, most notably Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock.

All his upcoming shows are along the east coast, but for those who miss his October stint at the Ridgefield Playhouse, Morgan will return to CT once again November 18 as a headliner at Foxwoods’ Fox Theatre.
