As the summer months slowly approach, country music stars coincidentally begin to take over concert venues across the state to the widespread delight of the genre’s many fans.

First up is Eric Church, the rugged country rocker who certainly has what it takes to entertain on his appropriately named Holdin’ My Own Tour. Church has ditched convention for his current tour and will headline shows without an opening act, opting to perform two sets each night. The “Record Year” singer takes over Mohegan Sun Arena on April 27-28, with both concerts beginning promptly at 8 p.m.

Country’s longtime power couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill play Mohegan Sun Arena May 5 and 6 as part of their Soul2Soul World Tour, the duo’s third co-headlining tour.

Fans can expect to hear their biggest hits like McGraw’s “Humble and Kind” and Hill’s “Breathe,” along with their equally successful duets like “It’s Your Love.” Don’t miss out!

The summer concert season officially kicks off at Hartford’s Xfinity Theatre on Saturday May 13 with one of country’s biggest artists. Two-time CMA Entertainer of the Year winner Luke Bryan heads to Hartford as the third stop on his Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day Tour. Bryan has been among country’s elite artists since his debut a decade ago, garnering 16 no. 1 singles (including current hit “Fast”) and achieving Platinum certification on four of his five albums. He will be joined by fellow country heartthrob Brett Eldredge in what is sure to a high-energy start to Hartford’s summer concert season.
