NOV. 2, 2011: Prosecutors say the telephone records above are verification that Harry “Ray” Soucy called both House Speaker Chris Donovan and his congressional campaign manager, Josh Nassi, on Nov. 2, 2011.

The calls were made during a meeting in which Soucy has suggested to the smoke shop owners that they make $10,000 conduit contributions in order to kill legislation that would require roll-your-own smoke shop owners to pay taxes and fees on their product as cigarette manufacturers. Both Nassi and Donovan returned calls to Soucy minutes later.
