U.S. District Court Judge Donna Martinez approved Robert Braddock Jr.‘s request to attend his brother’s wedding in Florida later this month.
Martinez said she was granting the request “absent any objection from the government and with the consent and approval of the United States Probation Office.”
“The USPO shall make arrangements for any reporting during the period of travel,” she added.
Braddock, Chris Donovan’s former finance director, was arrested in late May for conspiring to conceal the names of donors to the congressional campaign. His attorney maintains that he’s innocent. A preliminary hearing is scheduled July 20.
