The Judiciary Committee will hold a public hearing 10 a.m. Monday on several bills concerning marijuana and drug laws.
The bills include the governor’s proposal to decriminalize small amounts of marijuana and medical marijuana. Also on the agenda are legislative proposals to adopt medical marijuana and one to regulate synthetic marijuana.
