Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, who made it very clear that he wants to be able to eat lunch in the Legislative Office Building cafeteria, didn’t break with tradition Thursday, one day after his budget address.
There was something for everyone to dislike in the budget, so some figured Malloy may not be as visible as he’s been during his first few weeks in the building. They were wrong.
“The governor enjoys coming down for lunch everyday,” Roy Occhiogrosso, Malloy’s senior communications adviser said. “I think everyone has gotten used to seeing him.”
