Rep. Kelvin Roldan of Hartford asked his constituents Tuesday to send him photos of “dangerous road conditions caused by the snow on the city streets.”
Roldán’s staff will forward the pictures and locations to both Hartford City Hall and the State Department of Transportation.
What he didn’t say in the press release is that he’s running for Mayor of Hartford. The current Mayor Pedro Segarra, who inherited the position after Roldán’s friend and ally Eddie Perez was convicted of larceny, bribery, and conspiracy, is also running for the seat.
