She Vetoed One GAAP Bill, And Signed Another

Republican Gov. M. Jodi Rell vetoed a Generally Accepted Accounting Principles bill in 2007, but she signed one in 2008 that allows the state Comptroller to use GAAP to prepare the annual financial statement and the Office of Policy and Management to use it to prepare the annual state budget.
