Dan Malloy appeared at a Capitol press conference with his running mate Nancy Wyman and Tim Bannon, the man he wants to hire as his chief of staff. Tom Foley’s campaign sent out an email saying he too is announcing a transition team, which includes Greg Butler of Northeast Utilities and Brian Flaherty, a former state legislator and official with Nestle Waters.
