As she opened a regional campaign headquarters in East Haven, U.S. Senate candidate Linda McMahon declined to take a stance on a major local issue—the federal probe of racial profiling claims against that town’s police department.
“I’m really not familiar with the case,” said the Republican candidate in response to questions about the the U.S. Department of Justice’s ongoing probe of the East Haven police force.
