By the time state Attorney General Richard Blumenthal came to New Haven to blast United Illuminating Thursday night, he didn’t have much of an audience.
Blumenthal came to City Hall speak to a public hearing on United Illuminating Corp.‘s plan to relocate its headquarters to Orange from seven floors of the Connecticut Financial Center in downtown New Haven.
If Blumenthal had come on time, he wouldn’t seen man people. Few members of the public showed up.
