Standing on the Capitol lawn in between the Legislative Office Building and the state Capitol Daniel Cossette of Tolland could easily have been mistaken for a statue Tuesday.
Carol Cossette, Daniel’s mother, explains that his project which is part public art, part protest, is an effort to raise awareness about justice for all children.
“We just want them to see the truth,” Cossette said.
She said there’s no significance to the timing of the display. “Daniel has had it in his heart to do this for quite awhile,” she said.
While not affiliated with any group the Cossette’s were handing out information provided by Justice for All a pro-life organization based in Wichita, Kansas.
