The Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission issued a finding a few weeks ago ordering attorney Christine Chinni to produce uncensored billing records for her “work” on behalf of now-retired School Superintendent Paula Schwartz and Lewis Mills Principal Karissa Niehoff.
FOI hearing officer Dennis O’Connor found that the two Region 10 school administrators violated state law by not producing unredacted copies of Chinni’s bills related to her work on the Avery Doninger free-speech matter.
The entire FOI Commission is scheduled to vote on O’Connor’s decision Wednesday, June 11.
