The legislature’s Education Committee will hold a public hearing on the settlement agreement in the landmark Sheff v. O’Neill desegregation lawsuit at 2 p.m. in Room 2C of the Legislative Office Building in Hartford.
Here’s a copy of the agreement. The state legislature has 30-days to approve it, or it will automatically be adopted.
