The Senate will be meeting today to give subpoena power to the bipartisan committee investigating Republican Senator Louis DeLuca of Woodbury.
If the Senate approves the subpoena power the committee will send a subpoena for the undercover FBI tapes to DeLuca’s attorney later today. The committee has scheduled a meeting 30-minutes after the Senate session.
