HARTFORD-What happens when you give a group of Hartford area residents one-time use digital camcorders and send them out across the city to shoot whatever they want?
Find out at Capitol Cinema Collective, Inc.‘s , screening of LoRes Fest 2007 Friday, October 12 at La Paloma Sabanera.
This year’s film consists of 15 separate short pieces, written, filmed and performed by everyday residents. The genres range from comedy, thriller, drama, experimental, music, biography, and documentary. For those who missed LoRes Fest 2006, the filmmakers are all told they must include one thing in their films which helps the volunteer editors edit them all into a feature-length film.
