Connecticut Opposes the War will be protesting outside the Legislative Office Building Monday prior to U.S. Senator Joseph Lieberman’s scheduled arrival at 10 a.m.
Lieberman is scheduled to hold a health care forum in room 1E of the building. COW protestors are expected to begin their rally at 9:30 a.m. outside the entrance of the building.
