O’Connor (pictured) was supposed to be in New Haven Thursday morning. O’Connor works in New Haven. He serves as Connecticut’s U.S. Attorney, overseeing about 100 lawyers and other employees throughout the state. He was scheduled to moderate a Thursday conference at City Hall bringing together the feds, Connecticut police chiefs, and ministers to talk about how clergy can help fight crime.
