
The Taurus Cafe may see the light of night again. Two family members of Larry Livingston are asking for a new liquor permit and have a hearing scheduled in September before the state liquor commission, Sgt. Rebecca Sweeney-Burns (pictured) told neighbors.
“It’s a never-ending battle,” said Sweeney-Burns, the district manager for Newhallville and East Rock.
