Joe Lieberman isn’t the only sore loser this week. A certain candidate for governor has yet to concede that he lost the Democratic primary.As of late Thursday, two days after the Aug. 8 election, Dan Malloy (shown in photo hugging a supporter after what most people would call his loss Tuesday night) still wasn’t conceding defeat.
