For those of you who may have missed the debate between Connecticut’s two Democratic mayors vying for a chance Aug. 8 to challenge Republican Gov. M. Jodi Rell then you may want to take a look at this new web site: High Road Beats Rell. This site put together by one Mayor John DeStefano supporter and one Mayor Dannel Malloy supporter, who have asked to remain anonymous, score the candidates on how well they take shots at the Republicans instead of each other. At the moment the two are tied, but after the debate Tuesday who knows what will happen to the scores. Should be interesting to watch so check back often. As the site claims, “Let’s see which Democrat takes the higher road within the party!”
